First, the staff at this hotel is absolutely lovely. The manager, Mash, was extremely friendly and accommodating. He made our stay more enjoyable and we felt well taken care of. The other staff members we encountered were also kind and helpful.

Our xmas stay was enjoyable due to the great complementary breakfast and the helpful staff. The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and other major attractions. We also appreciated the comfortable beds which ensured a good night's sleep.
The noise level at night was higher than expected, with people talking loudly in the hallways and slamming doors. Additionally, the room was a bit outdated and could benefit from some renovations.
